Founded on the principles of comfort, safety, and durability, FOAMS INDIA® BED PRODUCTS has etched its name as a frontrunner in the production of high-quality rubber foam bedding products. Our prestigious journey began in 1996, setting the foundation for a brand dedicated to enhancing sleep quality with our innovative range of Rubber Foam Mattresses, Pillows, Cushions, Healthy Back Products, and Slabs. Crafted under the registered trademark “Foams India,” our products are tailored to meet diverse needs, offering Soft, Medium, and Hard qualities in various sizes to suit individual requirements based on age, size, and shape.
The Evolution of Comfort and Innovation
1996: The seeds of FOAMS INDIA® were sown with the establishment of our first production facility in Thiruverkadu, Chennai, marking the beginning of our mission to revolutionize sleep comfort.
1997: Recognizing the need to connect directly with our customers, we opened our first showroom in Royapettah, setting a new standard in customer engagement and product accessibility.
2000: The turn of the millennium was celebrated with the launch of India’s first Pincore Latex Mattress, introducing a new era of breathable, comfortable sleeping solutions.
2001: We pioneered the introduction of the Contour Pillow® in India, further diversifying our innovative product range to enhance sleeping ergonomics.
2002: Embracing the digital age, FOAMS INDIA® expanded its reach by establishing an online presence through foamsindia.com, making our products accessible nationwide.
2003-2013: The expansion continued with new showrooms and production facilities, including a specialized unit for the Ministry of Defense, India. Our commitment to innovation was underscored with the development of our own R&D team in 2007, focusing on advancements in the latex foam industry. Notable milestones include the launch of the 3-zone latex mattress in 2013, in collaboration with Tamil Nadu’s Forest & Labour Minister K T Pachaimal, emphasizing our commitment to nature and sustainability.
2015-2022: The subsequent years saw significant technological advancements and expansions. In 2015, we upgraded our facilities to include a continuous pillow production line. Our dedication to innovation culminated in 2021 with the development of proprietary machinery for foam product production. 2022 marked a milestone year with the inauguration of our dream project in SIDCO Thirumazhisai, Chennai – the largest continuous latex foam production facility in India.
