Once you’ve placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-6 business days for pillows, 3-12 business days for other latex products. Once a product has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

If your tracking information shows that Records Not Found , it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto their truck. Not to worry though—you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for DTDC shipments.

Because packages shipped by DTDC have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to a package’s actual location. More often than not, it’s confirmedly en route and will update within 1 – 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date.

Pearl Mattress is a pin-core technology mattress it has 15 years warranty and its double side usable mattress, it has a medium firm which gives good support to back pain and it can provide a very good cushioning . 

Popular Mattress is a multi-core technology mattress with a medium firm (One-side mattress) and 10 years warranty. 

Ortho Mattress is a pin-core technology mattress that has 15 years warranty and the comfort level is hard.

Mattress made of 100% natural latex has more life than any other mattress brands and is organic. Many other latex mattress brands claim their mattress to be natural ,but they usually include only 1-2 inches of natural latex on top. but, in reality the bed is made up of more synthetic materials than anything else. That is why our mattress is costlier than any other latex mattress brands.

We have 3 types of outer cover for mattresses, bamboo , rayon and handloom fabrics. Bamboo fabric has a soft touch feeling and it is white in color. Handloom fabrics are pure cotton and it is available in four Colors blue, pink, maroon and white.

Our mattresses are manufactured using the latest dunlop technology.i.eThe natural latex is foamed and then poured to a mould,the mould is then moved to the vulcanisation oven. After the vulcanisation process, the latex foam is removed from the mold and placed for washing.  The foam is thoroughly washed to remove any soaps and excess materials from the foam. After washing, the foam is dried at a high temperature to remove all moisture from the final product.
