Policy of Return and Warranty

1. In case of complaints please refer your Warranty Card for details.
2. Any Return Shipping dues have to be borne by the buyer and the Guarantee for the same could be cancelled in case the product is not returned well packaged as when received.
3. In case of return, every item such as mattress, pillows and accessories should be returned in their original condition and in the original packing. In case of damaged items, missing items or improper handling or packaging would result in non- acceptance of the articles. Any items sent in a box would be duly returned to its sender.
